It’s officially (almost) fall, which means back to work, back to school, and back to the daily “what to have for lunch” dilemma. For a lot of us, we haven’t had to think about that since the notorious ~2020~ when ‘Work from Home’ became the norm. Now that that’s over…in an ideal world, we all want delicious, healthy, and affordable lunches every day. But the mental and physical preparation that takes can just be too much at times, am i right?! That’s why we wanted to share some of our favorite Kreation grab & go products that will check off all the boxes…healthy, delicious, nutritious, and best of all, easy and convenient.
Brentwood Salad - I ain't no holla bok choy!
Starting off with a crowd favorite, the Brentwood Salad is filled with bok choy, green cabbage, romaine, avocado, watermelon radish, snow peas, cilantro, pickled ginger, tortilla chips, red quinoa, almonds, toasted garlic, crispy shallots, sesame seeds and chicken breast, topped with a delicious carrot ginger dressing…the perfect combo of fun carbohydrates, filling fiber and satiating protein that will have anyone feeling good and ready to take on the second half of their day.
Next up is the sofishticated salmon wrap, featuring wild caught salmon, collard greens, Persian cucumbers, Napa cabbage, green onion, and carrots. This Omega rich meal will have that brain ready to take on any task it is faced with!
Other personal favorites include the Buddha Bowl as a great vegan option, the ForTUNAte Wrap, and the Kobb Salad.
Now onto the fun stuff…snacks! Kreation’s Cinna-Krunch granola is a great protein packed snack that will transport you back to the cinnamon toast crunch cereal you would have in the mornings as a kid; but this time, it isn’t filled with any of that b*llsh*t! The chi-chia pudding is also a great blood sugar balancing mid-day pick me up and the dehydrated chili mango is a Kreation fam favorite.
With getting out of the house and back into the office or classroom, make sure to stay hydrated with one of our new infused waters that make meeting your water goals oh-so easy. My favorite is the “Mindful” infused water that’s stepped with cinnamon, rose water, vanilla bean, and Iranian saffron.
